What does vaulting at Lazy J look like?

IMG-20211001-WA0016.jpg

Currently at lazy J, we have two different levels of vaulters. We’ve got E-Grade and we’ve got D-Grade. E-Grade is the level for beginners, in which the basics of vaulting are demonstrated by the coach (Malou Benthe). In these lessons, several freestyle moves are illustrated for the kids to try them out.

D-Grade is the group that is more advanced and gets to practice a lot more in canter as they already have a pretty strong and good idea of how vaulting works. This group already knows all the basics of vaulting and is beginning to practice more and more moves in canter. As well as the E-grade, D-Grade also practices their compulsory and they also get to try out freestyles that are more advanced.
